RI is a self-help peer-based mental health program with easy to learn cognitive behavioral tools to help with anxiety, depression, compulsions, phobias, and more. RI has helped hundreds of thousands of people seeking better mental health. Membership costs $35 and opens up an unlimited number of in-person, telephone, and online meetings. Group leaders are volunteers who have practiced the method successfully and wish to pass it on to others.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem. It doesn’t cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem.
A.A.’s primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
